By placing an order through IPA Goods you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (United States) country.

 

A. 30-days Return Policy

 We have a 30-days return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

B. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you a return label to send the product back to our offices as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days. After that, we will process your refund. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount. If items sent back to us without first requesting, the return will not be accepted. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use similar protective packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit. We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging

D. Damaged And Wrong Products Or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means return shipping is free and no restocking fee for defective products

  • For your responsibility (Customer Remorse)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake doesn’t need any more or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. The return shipping cost is $10. If the actual shipping cost exceeds $15 due to weight or size, we may contact you to discuss additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a return shipping label or instructions on how to ship the item back to us. There is no restocking fee

 

E. Exchanges

We will then provide instructions on how to return the original item and place an order for the new item. You will be responsible for any price difference between the items

G. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
